Offer evidence-based information and non-clinical care for breast and bottle feeding, baby care, baby sleep, and general wellness.

Listen to your birth story, experiences, and questions with a confidential and non-judgmental ear.

Take care of your baby while you rest and heal.

Accompany you and your family through the emotional and physical thresholds of welcoming a new baby.

What I don’t do as your doula

Project personal beliefs about baby care and child rearing onto you and your family.

Provide medical advice or psychological counseling.

Babysit older children for long periods of time.

Deep housecleaning or heavy chores.
